  3. :help COMMAND        give help on specific command

  5. :q!            quit nn without updating .newsrc
  6. :x            quit nn, mark current group as read

  11. :bug            send a bug report
  12. :cd [DIR]        change working directory to DIR
  13. :compile        compile & reload kill file
  14. :coredump        abort with a core dump
  15. :cost            show current accounting figures
  16. :decode            decode uuencoded article(s)
  17. :define N ... end    define macro N
  18. :local VARIABLE [VALUE]    make VARIABLE local to current group [and set to VALUE]
  19. :man            read online manual
  20. :map MODE KEY COMMAND    remap key or command (use ':help map' for more info)
  21. :mkdir [DIR]        create directory DIR (will prompt for DIR if omitted)
  22. :print            print article
  23. :pwd            print current directory
  24. :rmail            read incoming mail (no update)
  25. :set VARIABLE [VALUE]    set or unset variable (use ':help set' for more info)
  26. :show groups HOW    show group subscriptions etc.
  27. :show kill        show kill file entries for current group
  28. :show map [MAP]        show key mappings (MAP = #, key, menu, show)
  29. :show rc [GROUP]    show (current) GROUPS .newsrc entry
  30. :sort [MODE]        sort menu according to subject, age, or arrival
  31. :toggle VARIABLE    toggle boolean variable
  32. :unread (N)        mark current group as unread (last N articles)
